All things Gone Dragon in November at Supanova Comic Con Adelaide!

All things Gone Dragon in November at Supanova Comic Con Adelaide!

This is the first time I’ve set up at a Comic Con and the timing is perfect. Here’s why!

November is the month for the Supanova Comic Con in Adelaide, SA and Gone Dragon is going to be there. The second edition of Book I is hot off the press and I can't wait to get it out there!

What is a Comic Con?

A Comic Con is a convention for lovers of science fiction and fantasy. It caters to lovers of this genre of film, TV shows, comic books, novels, gaming and collectors of every possible thing to do with sci fi and fantasy (read: Gone Dragon!). In actual fact, a Comic Con is far more than this. It's a huge celebration of all of this and a chance to strut your stuff and show the world what a huge fan you are of your favourite genre.

And what is Supanova?

Since 2002, the Supanova Comic Con & Gaming events have been gaining an ever increasing following and are now held annually in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. Each year, over 160,000 people come to these spectacular events.

Why start in Adelaide?

Timing! Everything is ready to go to release Gone Dragon into the world of Comic Con and this is the first event this side of ready. It is also the last event of its kind for 2017 in Australia, so don't miss out. I am really excited to get involved!

What can you expect from Gone Dragon?

You will have the chance to buy a copy or three of Gone Dragon – Book I at Supanova prices, grab a t-shirt and cap, flyers and fact sheets, and most importantly, have a chat with me about the Gone Dragon journey. I really look forward to meeting people and hearing all about their own experiences and what they think will happen next to Magnus, Catanya, Eamon, Sarah, Bonstaph, Lucas, Delvion, Joffren, Alavia… the list goes on!

One fan said to me the other day, “You know you’ve got about 25 characters to account for in Book II, don’t you?” Yes, indeed! And I cannot wait to meet you to talk about it!

Dates to remember - 18th & 19th November

The Adelaide Supanova Comic Con goes from 17th to the 19th of November. HOWEVER! The Artist Ally where I will be hanging out is only open on the 18th and 19th.

See you there!
